Wayne Gretzky, Patrick Roy, Martin Brodeur and Mario Lemieux.
This set was not very well publicized back in 1996 and thus there are some collectors who are missing these stickers for their collection. Such a great looking set of stickers. The only thing to note here is that sometimes the gold stamping on the stickers rubs off a little when touched. There are 130 stickers to make a complete set. 12 panels of 12 stickers each were issued. They are numbered 1 of 12 and so forth up to 12 of 12. There were 14 stickers that appeared twice, seemingly because of their collectible popularity back in 1996. Those players that appeared twice in the 12 panels were: Claude Lemieux (Panels 3 & 10), Ed Belfour (Panels 1 & 6), Jeremy Roenick (Panels 10 & 12), Adam Oates (Panels 6 & 10), Pavel Bure (Panels 1 & 5), Joe Juneau (Panels 9 & 11), Martin Brodeur (Panels 9 & 11), Wayne Gretzky (Panels 2 & 12), Jaromir Jagr (Panels 1 & 11), Mario Lemieux (Panels 3 & 7), Mark Messier (Panels 6 & 9), Sergei Fedorov (Panels 2 & 10), Dominik Hasek (Panels 6 & 10), Arturs Irbe (Panels 3 & 8). These stickers were the idea of Chris Martin Enterprises from Ontario, Canada. He was also the guy behind the Maggers back in the mid 90’s.
The size of each sticker was about about 2 cm X 3 cm each (10 inches X 9 inches). There was no album made for this set.
