I’ve put together hundreds of Panini sets over the past 20 years, this one if a little challenging for sure.
Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, Gabriel Ladeskog and Adam Henrique
There are 60 Foil stickers in 2012-13 Panini NHL Stickers Series.
I averaged 1 Super Star Foil Sticker in every 3 packs (16 a box with 2 doubles). It will take you at least 2-3 boxes to get at least one of each.
I averaged 1 Logo Foil per every 2 packs (24 per box however there were 8 doubles). It will take you about 2-3 boxes to get at least one of each.
I averaged 1 All-Star Sticker in every 5 packs (9 per box with only 1 double). These proved to be tough and they are not even Foils this year! It will take you about 2-3 boxes to get at least one of each of these.
Out of the 350 stickers in a box, the breakdown averaged to 231 unique stickers (66%) and 119 double stickers (34%). So by the numbers if EVERYTHING worked perfectly. You would get 231/350 or 64.2% of a set in one box. Now it depends on the distribution of the next box you open to see if you can actually get a complete set made.
Considering that the price per box is about $45 plus shipping, realistically, it would take you about 4-5 boxes in order to make a complete set. That is a cost of $200-$225 for the average collector.
How about this? I will do all the work and labour! I will get the sets together and open up the packages and sort them all in order. After I break my cases, I will make 12 of these sets available for $109 each.
There are 282 regular paper glossy style stickers, 18 All-Star SP stickers, 30 Super Star Foil SP stickers and 30 Team Logo SP stickers in this 2012-13 set.
This album measures about 4.9 cm X 6.5 cm (1.93 in X 2.56 in) and comes to you in near mint condition and currently sits empty with no stickers.
Here are the scans of every sticker in the set.
